Job Desription

Bi-Lingual In-Home Assistant Services, a state certified home care provider, is seeking an experienced HR Representative.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • HR Reporting, Documentation, & Processing
    • Runs various reports for current and new hires (i.e. FCSR, EDL, OIG)
    • Process incoming new hires/applications (i.e. deliver packet, verify signatures)
    • Create and maintain documentation of reports
  • Scheduling
  • Ensure accuracy of scheduling for caregivers and clients
  • Identify any errors and report
  • Data Entry
    • Update client and employee data into systems
    • Run periodic reports of productivity
  • Administrative Support
    • Answers telephone, directs calls to appropriate staff, takes messages, and delivers to appropriate person
    • Prepares outgoing mail; process and direct incoming mail
    • Scan and upload documents
    • File and retain documents (maintain federal & state compliance)
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of principles and practices of human resources
  • Strong knowledge of ACA, HIPAA and other related federal and state guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Quick learner and possesses tech savvy
  • Previous positive experience of effective work in diverse environment: patience and understanding when talking to Limited English Speakers
  • Exceptional attention to detail: high degree of accuracy and sense of urgency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills: able to organize, prioritize in a fast – paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Ability to multitask and to coordinate others’ activities
  • B.A. in Human Resources and 3 + years in the HR Field and/or office management preferred
