We are committed to protecting the safety and well-being of our care participants, office colleagues, their families, our guests and our employees. As the spread of COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) has occurred within the St. Louis region, we want to assure you we are taking every precaution to protect our team. The health and safety of the people in our care are top priorities every day at Bi-Lingual In-Home Assistant Services.

The office remains open to visitors, however masks are mandatory. If you forgot yours, please contact the front desk and a mask will be provided to you outside.

Protective Personal Equipment is offered to all our staff and both Consumer Directed Service and Home Care providers are encouraged to wear masks at all times while the epidemic continues to rage.

Bi-Lingual In-Home Assistant Services encourages everyone with no medical contraindications to get vaccinated as vaccination may prevent future and deadlier mutations of the virus.

We continue to monitor state reported policies and Center for Disease Control recommendations to provide better protections to our staff and safety to our consumers. Our heroes continue to care for the frail and disabled Missouri residents during these challenging times.
