Becoming a Caregiver
We are seeking responsible caregivers, with or without prior experience.
Home care aides and CDS workers may apply for a part – time, full – time or a PRN position. Speaking a foreign language is an advantage but not mandatory. Reliable transportation or ability to travel for work is desired.
Caregivers receive very competitive pay. Applicants who had never before worked as a home care aide are expected to attend orientation prior to hire and their first assignment to determine their willingness to accept job requirements and duties.

CDS $11.00/hour with those with over five years seniority eligible to an hourly rate of $11.75
$12.25/hour and increasing based on time of service & performance. For home care employees using their vehicles to provide groceries to the clients and other allowed transportation tasks, we are pleased to be able to reimburse at up to $50.00 mileage reimbursement.
Health/ Dental / Vision and life insurance for 30 hour + employees AND 401K for those interested.
